Saddle 20:  One of a kind art that is worthy of use.  Each saddle designed and constructed by Clair bares her makers mark and a number.  Plus they come with a small book documenting the construction of the saddle.  The book features pictures and commentary about the saddle’s journey from raw materials to a finished sculptural piece.   This saddle is built tough enough for ranch use and has the magnificence and workmanship to be a family heirloom.               As seen in Cowboys & Indians

“Maxamillion” the Steer is inspired by a trip to Texas.  The longhorn skull has a striking shape and is rich with American Western history.  The plaque behind Maxamillion is hand carved in richly colored leather.  There is a beautiful herd of cattle bottom center on the plaque and a few renegades hiding in the carving.  As a cattle rancher myself, I had to include a few renegades.  J                                  As seen in Western Art & Architecture

“South Western Cross” is a beautiful piece.  With the gracefully hand carved leather and unique South Western Concho it will dress up any room in the house.

“My Bronc Belt” is inspired by the Cowgirls of the 1930’s, when they were still riding rough stock.  It is a modern version of the bronc belts that they wore during their rodeo evens, and were often given as awards for winning an event.  It is classy and BOLD.  Wearing this belt brings nostalgic thoughts of the Old West and a sense of buoyancy.
